I'm married with 2 wonderful children. My house seems to have become a zoo overnight, filling up with dogs and ferrets and who knows what else. I'm always on the go do this or that. After all, being a wife and mother is a full-time job. When do I get the chance to write you ask? Well I do my best to squeeze writing into my very hectic life. It's not easy sometimes but I manage to get it done. Somehow.

Slaving away

...at nothing. My mind is mulling over several ideas, for this MS and for others floating around in the space between my ears. I guess my body is just worn out. I can't think straight long enough to churn out another chapter of Wolfe Investigations. I alotted myself a week per chapter and have stuck to that so far. In five weeks I have written five chapters. Now three days into my sixth week and I haven't written word one. I'm stuck. Dragging ass. The words are failing me... and I hate it. I love this story, and I want to continue on, mainly because it gives me something to think about while I wait PATIENTLY to hear back from my editor on Broken Cowboy and from the children's publisher on A Teeter-totter Named Renee. I am taking time out to read some books, more research for my werewolf storyline.

Which by the way for those of you out there who love a sweet fun read or if you have teenage or pre-teen girls who love to read, Chloe: Queen of Denial by Naomi Nash was very funny. I picked it up because I am researching different publishers for the ideas I have to write Young Adult books. Dorchester's Smooch line is filled with very good books for young girls and I guess boys might like them as well.

Well back to playing instead of working. I really need to concentrate and buckle down. Just write! :)
